We are an organization for the prevention of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and/or DOMESTIC ABUSE against women and their dependent children. All services are FREE of charge to qualified individuals.
SHIELD  Foundation provides basic information, forms and help with preparation of the forms for:
  • Domestic Violence Shelters, Court Orders, Divorce, Orders of Protections, Injunctions Against Harassment.
  • Benefits: welfare, "Section 8" housing, food stamps (Quest), medical insurance (ACCCS), discount medical program, ...
  • Immigration: Green Card, work authorization, other forms as required, ...
  • Social Security Number, Arizona Driver's License, Arizona ID card, ...
  • Domestication of out-of-state or foreign documents.
  • Consultations about better ways to deal with problems.
